This policy governs information collected online and offline. It documents how Ripik AI collects data from users and viewers of our services. When Ripik processes information on behalf of registered users, that use is governed by contracts with those users and their own privacy policies. Ripik disclaims responsibility for third-party privacy practices.

Account creation and login
When you create an account or login into your account, we collect personal information such as first name, last name, email address and password.
User-provided data
Ripik collects personal information when users request access to pre-existing content, storing this data on behalf of registered users according to their privacy practices.
Automated collection
We use cookies and tracking technologies for data collection (full details in our Cookie Policy).
Third-party integrations
When you connect your existing cloud storage such as Google Drive, we access your account on your behalf to get information about your files and folders.
Transactional data
Service type, order details, payment information, and transaction dates are collected.

Data usage
Information is used for: service provision, newsletters, request responses, business intelligence development, relationship management, account authorization, identity verification, website improvement, subscription management, and legal compliance.
Data access within organization
Access is limited to employees requiring it for service delivery, customer contact, or inquiry response. Staff from marketing, events, development, executive, and customer support teams access only relevant data on a "need to know" basis.
Third-party data sharing
Service providers
We may use service providers and third parties for operating and improving the Sites, to assist with certain functions such as payment processing, email transmission, conducting surveys or contests, data hosting, managing our ads, and third-party solutions for marketing and analytics.
